Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone chiaro ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è in equilibrio con l'amaro medio: non si surclassano. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cereali, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca e agrumi.

From cask (!) at Navigli Craft Beer Milano, 18.06.23. Ebony. Pale brown head and lacing. Aroma and tastw of roasted malt, liquorice, tobacco and juniper. Good!

250 ml. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontenais. Black, big bubbly mocha head. Nose is umami, lactose (like I know what lactose taste like), grainy, light vanilla, ice cream, roast, herbal, an odd mismatch of flavours a bit but not unpleasant. Taste is herbal bitter, roasted, sugar, candy, quite umami, chocolate mousse, weird, a bit thin touch watery , milk powdery, grainy,… Okay but an odd mix without much balance.

Bottle at Groove Beer e Grill, Matera. Pours dark brown with a thick tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, licorice, soy, chocolate and light coffee. Flavor is light moderate sweet and bitter. Thin in the mouthfeel but to be expected given the low ABV. Light bodied with light carbonation. A very enjoyable low ABV stout.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty fruity caramel aroma. Roasted malty spicy caramel and chocolate flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel spicy finish.

Bottle, 4.2%. Very dark brown wit big foamy beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, dusty, little sweet, little bitter and a little lacto.
