Draught at 3 små rum, recently lateish April, 2016.Clear honey golden color, small white head. Honey, sweet scent. Honey, very sweet taste. Sweet, sticky, honey aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness.Unbalanced sweet for me, honey very overpowering of any other character in there. Not for me.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours golden with a small white head. Very sweet with heavy honey notes and a touch of clove and citrus. Low bitterness. Low carbonation. Very sweet, yet in balance.

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Served with a wedge of lemon. Clear pale yellow. Aroma of lemon and some boiled vegetables. Quite sweet with some white pepper. lemony and light bodied. Somewhat refreshing, but not really that interesting.

Small white head. Clear pale yellow body with strong carbonation. Fruity perfumy lemon aroma with soft drink notes. Dry-sweet fruity grainy lemony taste with sugary soft drink notes. Mid-bodied. Fizzy mouthfeel. Dry-sweet cinnamon and lemon aftertaste, fairly artificial, with soft drink and sugar notes. Yuck. (0.5l draft at Villi Wainö, Helsinki. Didn’t realize that sima = mead, and thought it was beer.)

Draught@Black Door, Helsinki. Pours like a pilsner. Aroma of lemon and flavor like a shandy with honey. Fresh and drinkable, different style of beer. Does not seem like 5% (Rated 2011/04/23)
