Aroma is moderate flowers, honey, sweet lemon, chamomile, soft drink. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, lemon, honey notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100630]

(Draught at Mansevesti’08) Golden. Clear. Lots of lemon in nose (mainly due the lemon slice in glass). Light and fizzy palate. Honey, lemon and some hops in taste.

Draught. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is dry fruit, some raisins and weak honey. Flavour is dry fruit and a bit sourness also. Balanced up from sourness with hints of honey. Quite boringbrew.

Clear golden color, no head. Strong aroma of Finnish "sima" (mead): raisins, brown sugar and molasses. Very carbonated mouthfeel. Leaves acidy lemon flavor to mouth, but same time also has sugary sweetness, raisins and lemon "stones". Refreshing but not totally balanced. Kind of low alcohol feeling here.
