Bottled@PBF XII. Hazy golden colour with a small fluffy head. Aroma is tart fruits, some white wine, yeast and pears. Flavour is yeasty/spicy with some tart fruits, some vinegar and quite berryish elements.

7-3-8-4-16 On tap @ Bergen Craft Beer Fest. Pours cloudy yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart lactic notes, with hay, lemon and white berries, as well as horseblanket and bretty wood. Medium body, with very soft carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of of sour candy, white berries, grapes and tannins, as well as floral bretty notes.
