330ml bottle from Salt Horse Beer Shop, Edinburgh. Lively on opening. Murky golden amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and funky, citrus rind, yeasty aroma. Taste is sour, lemon rind, grainy, some biscuit, yeasty funky and tangy light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottled at PBF XII. Cloudy golden, small head. Tart, mildly funky nose with pears and white wine. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and citric acid. Intensely sour with notes of gooseberry and white currant. Low bitterness.

Bottle. Color: Hazy orange, off-white head. Taste: Medium, slightly tart, sour. Notes of citrus, lemon zest, grapes, mineral water, wheat. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Pretty easy drinkable for a sour ale, rather smooth, refreshing, but lacking some complexity in my opinion.
