Bottle. Milky orange/yellow, offwhite lace. Dairly funky aroma: Meaty, leathery, Maggi, old wood, beasties, light milk. Medium very dry leathery body, quite salty/minerally, dry wood, lemonzest, berries, wild funky shit, hots wheaty sauna finish. Old leather boots for years.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is earthy, woody, wet wood, a touch lacto, leathery, animalic. Taste is wet wood, apricots, a touch lactic, very leathery, slightly salty even. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good one, but not the greatest of Alvinne. Nonetheless, it stays very well-balanced considering the rough flavour profile. Super interesting; I don't think I would have guessed the color of the beer in a blind tasting.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; I admire the arrogance of a beer that makes it difficult to search and you land on a gem unfortunately for this beer it is basic on a number of level, aroma is quite sweet almost candy sugar, taste has light sourness, hint of sour, this is a make me angry beer.

On tap @ Borefts 2015. This is a mild cloudy looking goldenish colored one with a small. All only sidesticking bubbly off-white head. Smells nice. Sourish in a mild way. Kinda sugary sweet also. Lemonade, hints of wood. Mild fruity also. Nice subtle aroma. Much the same in the taste. Lemonic without being actually sour. Fruity hints of pineapple. Thin oily in the mouth and soft on the carbonation. Lemonade dry tail. Works well actually. A tad, ehhm no too extreme to be honest, but nice and lightdrinkable. 26.09.2015
