Opaque dark brown colour with a ruby hue, tall macropore creamy tan head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma roasted malts, cocoa, coffee, caramel. Taste medium sweet and bitter, roasted malts, milk chocolate, coffee ground, spicy notes. Malty bittersweet aftertaste, chocolate, bit ashy, hint of salt. Medium body, watery texture, average carbonation, very nice.

Black with a thick beige froth. Aroma has roasted malt and coffee. Roasted flavour, light coffee notes. Light finish, almost a little watery. Still quite nice.

Bottle. Beautiful black with a decent head. Aroma of coffee and chocolate. Taste is roasted malts, coffee and dark chocolate but not sweet. A hint of wood and smoke. Long lasting bitter finish. Medium to strong carbonation. Delicious.

Bottle, 6.6%. Good roasted aroma, smells of lactose and a bit of ashes. Almost clear very dark brown colour. Good stable light brown head. The flavour is quite roasted, slighty sour, has a hint of earth or cellar and some roasted coffee.

Bottle. Piurs nearly clear very dark brown with big, stable light tan head. Clear aroma of roast, with notes of coffee, malt and dark chocolate, and touches of hops. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of hops and malt, and touches of coffee and yeast. Faint hints of lactose. Bitter, roasty aftertaste with estery hints. Well-balanced and good.

0,33 l bottle. Pours out nearly black with a long lasting mighty beige head. Chocolate, some coffee and malt on the nose. Taste starts intensive, malt, coffee, dark chocolate, also dry. Increasing fruity elements in the second part. Really ice!

Dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma had toasted malt, coffee and hints smoke. Flavor had toasted malt, dark chocolate and hints of smoke. Quite bitter and smoke very subdued.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Dark brown, almost black colour with a brown medium-sized frothy head. Mildly roasted malty aroma with notes of dark chocolate, coffee, liquorice and vanilla. Roasty bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry and roasted malt character with present notes of dark chocolate upfront, accompanied by hints of coffee, bread crusts, burnt notes and leather; lasting roasty bitter finish with herbal notes and a mildly sweetness shining through.
