33cl swing top bottle. Pours dark orange brown colour with a small tan head. Aroma of roasted sweet malt, caramel, vanilla and chocolate. Taste of dark sweet roasted malt, vanilla and chocolate, a bit high carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ home. [ As Hopper Dunkle Macht Porter ].Clear dark black brown color with a large to huge, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige to light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, burnt, coffee, strong coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, chocolate, roasted, coffee. Bottle@Tuesday Taphouse Bottle Share, Copenhagen - Black pour with nice beige head. Aroma and taste is roasty and roasted malty, notes of cocoa, caramel, coffee, light ashy burnt malty nuances, nice mouthfeel, pretty decent brew this.

330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with late awakening, huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, beige to tan head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of dark bread, pumpernickel, coffee surrogate, a touch of celery and liquorice. Taste is spicy, roasty dark malty, slightly salty, notes of dark bread, pumpernickel, celery, liquorice, subtle sweetness with a touch of treacle; lasting, slightly bitter hoppy and roasty finish, a sweet-ish layer remains on the lips. Wow! Nice surprise, this is really good.
