(Bottle, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm) Dark red (burgundy) colour with frothy, dark pink head. Vegetal, earthy, slightly sourish nose with notes of beetroot, dark fruit and root vegetables (but mainly beetroot). Fruity, tart taste with dark fruit, beetroot, vegetables and a slightly tart finish with some sweetness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and interesting, with generous amounts of beetroot. Quite enjoyable.

On tap (flight) at Taproom Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Clear deep red with a pink head. Aroma is completely dominated by beetroot - more intensity than expected. Earthy and acidic with dominating beetroot flavour. Quite interesting.
