Tap. Looks like you'd expect, blood red with reep purple-pink color. Aroma is literal beetroot, just like the salad. Taste is the same. Nothing but pure beetroot. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Promises made, promises kept, I guess, but I don't like beetroot.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Amazing purple to claret with a big purple creamy head. Quite earthy, pickled beetroot nose. Medium to light mellow body, sparkly, earthy, cabbage but also fresh fruity, funny.

RB backlog, CBF Vienna 11/18. Whole lot of beet aroma, earthy, spicy hops, grains, grass. Surprisingly dry with good funky and earthy bitterness. Smooth medium body with pearly carbonation to liven it up. Really enjoyed this one.

On tap at Ammutsøn, Vienna. Brownish purple beetroot colour. Lasting creamy pinkish head. Aroma is beetroot! Very soft and delicate, but no sourness showing or other malty or hoppy aromas. This is a true, old, raw, dirty, earthy, root vegetable aroma. Flavour shows some sourness in the background of your grandma's beetroot salad. A bit one sided. Quite thick in the flavour, although the body is light which is nice. A bit more character would be in order. Dry finish, very creamy, lasting f. beetroot finish.

Bottle. Pours unclear deep red. Aroma is beetroot indeed, salat. Body is medium, fizzy carbonation, sourish, salty, more beetroot. Decent body, also candyish. Good, but very unusual.

Danke an martjoobolut. Starke Karbonisierung. Wenig säuerlicher Beginn mit starkem Aroma von rote Beete. Süffig, eher trocken, gemüsig. Intensiv, wenn man rote Beete mag hervorragend. 15/10/8/9/9//9
