Can from Craftissimo at home. Slightly translucent dark copper amber pour with thin white head. Aroma is candied pineapple, pine resin, big maltiness - sort of biscuit, toasted bread - some alcohol too. Nice. Taste is big bitterness but also quite sweet and malty. Less fruit flavor on the taste vs aroma, some pine but quite a bit more malt than expected - toasted bread, pilsner, biscuit. Strong alcohol warmth. Relatively light palate for DIPA, while still a bit slick. Good, not as good as other Carbon Brews’ DIPAs, but solid.
