Bottle. Color: Hazy golden to amber, dense long lasting white head. Aroma: Wheat, light hints of banana. Taste: Moderate to medium sweet, wheat, subtle very light smoke hints, fruity hints of banana, notes of cloves, bit herbal. Pretty hoppy for a Hefeweizen. Medium body, smooth, below average carbonation. Very nice Hefeweizen.

Draught @ Kauppuri 5, Tampere. Fruity aroma with hops and saison-like sweetish yeastiness. Flavour has grapefruit, orange, yeast and hints of minerals. Slightly foamy palate. Fruity, crispy, refreshing and delicious.

Bottle, heheheh, so sn & weihy make a combo beer, lets say its weihy all the way because sn could not do it on their own? Just asking. Sn just wants to get on the weihy band wagon, they represent good quality old country brew, dude. From a bottle, this stuff pours with a big hefe muddy eye and lots of craggy head. It is so muddy cloudy, and the head is so big, I couldn't pour it all into a pounder 603 glass, heheh. Yes, initially this is a little stronger than yer typical old country hefe, with a little more alky personality, yet it remains in the hefe vogue, no ill wheat ale attributes to mention. Rocky craggy eye all the way, thank you. Hey....I think I got cheated out of the old kings ounce! Its only 11 ounces; WTF? Go figger, but anyway, its quite civilized and well behaved. Just wish they would have given me my money's worth, those metric fahkahs.

330ml bottle. Pours a cloudy orange-amber with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, cloves, caramel, banana and yeast. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, caramel, orange, cloves, banana, bubble gum and yeast with a dry, bitter, spicy hop finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Delicious, an excellent and hoppy Hefe.
