After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the Pacific North West this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, melody!

Tap at Unorthodox. Quite clean, relatively simple. Centered on the sourness, citrusy, lemony. Rather thin, with high carbonation. Easy drinking, refreshing. Good but not great. Too simple though.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of mango, apricot, brett, and malt. The flavor is sour with notes of peaches, mango, brett, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Keg at BD Tower Hill. May well be sat too near the brewing but just getting some vague dank earthy aroma. Hazy pale gold. Thin archipelago of a white head. The taste at least reassures me that this is he right beer - medium sour. Lemon and sherbert. Light bodied. Thin. Average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Straightforwardly sour but still an enjoyable drink.

Nice tart guava aroma on a light straw gold. The taste for me is guava sweet tarts with hints of acidic grapefruit in the finish

Taster. Pours a clear, yellow color, with no head. Raspberry, lime, white sugar, and Greek yogurt. Sweet and syrupy, with a sharp, acidic, sour flavor. Thin and slick. Pretty nice.
