Bottle shared at a tasting. Thanks Neil! Seabuckthorn, wild strawberries, and an overall berry character that jumps out of the glass. Average carbonation with a medium body. Lots of oak on the palate coming from the 18 months of barrel-aging. Sherry-like finish with mild tartness present. Delicious. --- Beer merged from original tick of HaandBic on 30 Jan 2016 at 20:45 - Score: 7. Original review text: Whoa! Sea buckthorn, berries and oak oak oak. Tasty. Thanks Neil!

Pours amber reddish , thin foam. Slight haze in there. Aroma is sweet, has some balsamic vinegar together with apple peels. Fruity and full of berries. Taste is acidic, nice, berry-sweet. Clean, some paint and balsamic vinegar. quite thin but packed with flavours. Drier and full of tannins closer to the finish. Cranberry bitterness. Feels Nordic and, well, it is.
