The grist for this beer leads with a high percentage of flaked oats which are backed up by some malted wheat making for a solid, round base. In the whirlpool we added some piney Simcoe Cryo® pellets, a technological development in hop pellet processing which sees much of the vegetal material removed, leaving pure oils and all of their flavoursome goodness in a more concentrated form.
For the dry hop we went with the tropical intensity of Citra in BBC pellet form, again, a higher concentrated pellet well suited for dry hopping. We backed them up with Mosaic and the underrated hop Comet, which lends plenty of dank, grapefruit character to this resinous, zesty IPA.

(Can) Cloudy golden yellow colour with frothy, off-white head. Hoppy nose with mango, sponge cake, citrus peel, apricots, pineapple and resin. Hoppy, fruity taste with notes of mango, apricots, grapefruit, white bread, citrus peel, resin, oat smoothness and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, soft mouthfeel. A certain sweetness. Rich, tasty, juicy and smooth. Very nice.

(473ml can shared @ Kihoskh, Copenhagen, May 7/19) Pours quite hazy medium yellow with a thick white head and good lace. Juicy semi-sweet mango and grapefruit forward, a little orange, some more floral tropical backbeats, moderate dankness, soft malt body, dry finish with moderately resinous grapefruit, fresh pine and very little hop burn. Medium-bodied, smooth carbonation. Nice solid NEIPA with good balance.

Can from Systemboalget I believe. Of course it is nice but nothing mind blowing. It has an aroma of weed and some in the taste & lacks bitterness.

Pours unclear blonde, medium white head. Smell is rather weak. Bit fruity, mild malty undertone. Taste is sharp, bit bitter. Mild cheesyness. Tad fruity ( yellow fruits , very mildly floral ) . Creamy, malty base. Bit herbal ending.

Lys gul tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter aprikos, fersken, laktose og ananas. Middels- i fylde. Lett fruktig bitterhet. Smaker ananas, tørket frukt, aprikos og noe sitrus. Frisk.

Can from Systembolaget. Hazy orange with a large head. Refreshing with hops, mango, tangerine and some citrus. The body was medium as was the bitterness.
