We loaded this American IPA with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic Hops. The beer pops with a bright, punchy...succulent hop profile. Medium bodied and well stocked at 7.5% this IPA is a crowd pleaser.

12oz can c/o Anndiesel. Pretty solid classical West Coast IPA tendencies. Cool, crisp Simcoe tone, smoothed out by the Mosaic, Citra somewhere in the middle. Has a somewhat oily, resinous tone. OK.

12 ounce can from Tadych's Marquette, 8/31/20. Hazy orange, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of melon, dank, plum, pale malt. Taste is melon, pine, passionfruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, low bitterness. More like a NEIPA than an American IPA.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Orange zest, grapefruit, toasted caramel, crackery malt with a touch of pine as it warms. More pine and pithy bitterness on the palate with citrus zest, malt and slight booze. Not bad.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 1/16/2018. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, lightly toasted biscuit, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/zest, pepper, pine, toasted biscuit, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, fairly crisp, and slightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is a fantastic IPA. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and extremely easy to drink; with the modestly bitter/drying finish, never aggressive. Incredibly balanced juicy and dank hop complexity; nice solid bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. A highly enjoyable offering.
