Draft at Ascension 4th Anniversary Party. Pours a mostly clear ruby red with a half finger of off-white foam that dissipates. Big plum & peach forward nose with some light vanilla bean notes. Good carbonation. More plum on the palate w/ peach underneath. Sweet and tart flavors linger on the finish. A bit sweet but a nice wood aged sour...neutral barrels I assume.

Awesome! Tart/jammy plums/peaches/lemon/gummy bears/wheat, lt oak/lacto funk. Fairly tart/tangy. Creamy/grainy/acid/tangy med body. Fairly drying. No pucker. Refreshingly smooth/soft lacto.
