SOME CAT FROM JAPAN suggested we do an IPA that is J-U-I-C-Y. So we packed up a pack horse and made it happen! Soft doughy and slightly tangy malt lies under bright citrus, round tropical fruit and mild pine resin hop aromatics that underscore the waves of flavors to come.

Tap at Draught 55. Kick to the face type of IPA. Very bitter citrus, nice tropica druitntones of mango and stone fruit, resinous pine. Drying finish. Quite enjoyed.

On tap at Augur's Well, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of residual sweetness and resinous hops. Flavour is rich in the resinous hops upfront, with lots of sticky caramel malt. Not sure if the residual sweetness is from the hop oils or the malt. Not exceptional but it's done well.

Some light grapefruit amd lots of malt but somewhat of a foul aftertaste here. This one probably doesn’t do well on cask. Hazy amber pour. Cask at Rattle n Hum east.
