Creamy body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sweet tropical hops, with mango, apricots and passion fruit, as well as some citrus peel and grassy notes. Grassy hops through the finish.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry grassy, leafs, hay, flowers, grass, moss, hops, light malts, minerals, bark, sap, fresh wood. Taste is slightly dry floral, leafs, hay, grass, weeds, bark, minerals, moss, hops, minerals, fresh wood, alcoho. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma is full of bitter citrus with a bit of onion underlying and a bit of sweet grains backing. Flavor has sweet citrus and onion with sweet grains underlying.
