0.355l bottle. Pitch black body, thin light brown head. Aroma of mostly caramel and chocolate with some dried fruits and coffee. Taste of chocolate, caramel, reisins, roasted malts and some whiskey. The name reflects the character. It’s really chocolatey. I like this a lot.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Black body with a dense tan head. Good lacing. Aroma of chocolate cake, blackcurrant and cocoa powder. Flavour of blueberry, dark chocolate and an earthy, peppery finish. Full body with a thick, luscious texture. Light carbonation. An indulgent treat, although the alcohol becomes much more evident as it warms.

Bottle from a trade with Werckmeister, many thanks! Black color with tan head. Aroma is melted black chocolate, rich and thick, with just a hint of milk chocolate. Taste is black chocolate, black chocolate, black chocolate. Cocoa beans, Cocoa powder as well. Low carbonation, just the right amount to be ticklish. Absolutely flawless. Well drinkable as well, not that in your face stuff. Doesn’t need vanilla or coffee, it works like this as well!

Bottle, courtesy of SinH4 referring Werckmeister. Like molten dark chocolate with a hint of milk, like a hot chocolate. Heavy without being overly sweet on the palate. Light and fizzy carbonation, matching the beer very well. Very, very impressive.
