Brut style IPA brewed with flaked rice and fermented with Gerwürztraminer must. Whirlpooled and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin for huge notes of white wine, lychee and passionfruit.

Draft at Ascension. Pours a clearish straw gold with a finger of creamy foam that lingers. Dank citrus but a bit of burned plastic aromas. Dry and astringent on the palate. Sweet with some light copper penny & plastic notes. This was the biggest disappointment unfortunately.
