A Kolsch-ish style ale brewed with Pilsner and Vienna Malts. Bittered in boil with Michigan grown and extracted Cascade hop oil. Then whirlpooled with ridiculous amounts of Citra Cryo and Cascade Cryo Hops.

Draft at Ascension. Pours a mostly clear gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Grainy cereal, honey & bread forward nose. Dried honey and bready malt on the palate. Light pepper and mild cereal grain finish....granola. Very nice.
