16 ounce prowler into lager glass, filled on 8/30/2019. Pours fairly crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a small fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of pale malts and earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light nuttiness, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of pale malts and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Very clean lagering, minimal fruity/yeasty notes. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.2%. Overall this is an excellent German pilsner. All around great robustness and balance of pale malts and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/drying finish. Not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Awesome clean pils malt showcase, with perfect noble hop presence/balance. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressively spot on style example. No complaints.

Draft at Drafting Table. Pours a clear straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Grainy cereal forward nose with light grass and straw aromas. Dry and crisp with some light pepper and lingering straw. Great stuff.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear crisp gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice crisp grass with straw and hay underlying. Flavor has grass and straw throughout with a hint of crisp leaves backing.
