Not sure how much these ones vary batch to batch, but of course with GP there's always some sort of variance. Pale gold, bright, with a medium head. Soft malt, light brett, this almost seems scaled back from prior editions.

5oz taster during a meeting with Tom. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: a bit of Brett, crispy, quite light. Taste: along the same lines, some bretty character, a bit of bugs and fruity notes. Finishes with bretty bitterness. Overall: pleasant.

A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light Brett, light lactic notes, light cork, light buttery notes, very nice. Bottle from Chez Edgar.
