Tap at MBCC2021, Copenhagen. 3rd Edition. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Floral elements, grass, hops and malts. Easy but fresh and surprisingly hoppy.

Draught sample at MBCC 2021. Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin, white head. Tart fruity aroma with bretts, wooden notes, spicy floral hops, leather and green apples. Taste is light sour. Light to medium bodied. Super tasty!

From a 750 ml bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a large fine head. Aromas of funky yeast, oak and honey. Delicate flavors are herbal and moderately tart. Clean, crisp finish.

Short pour at Bittercreek. Hazy, pale golden with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is hay and a touch of lemon. Taste brings more lemon with the saison yeast, very light, very refreshing

On Tap at BitterCreek, Boise Foggy very light pale yellow with adense creamy white head. Very nice sharp funky aroma and flavors. pen ferented type musty tart and a bit of barnyard. Light malt body. Quite good.

Sampled at Snallygaster 2019. Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a bright white head. Aroma was very pleasant, light, and easy to drink. Nice light tartness, but not too funky. Very easy to drink, light malts, muted barrel flavors.
