Bottle pour at Southern Grist 3rd Anniversary. Pours a clearish ruby to light plum red color with a small white head that dissipates. Plum forward nose with some apricot and oak and as it warms up a touch of muscat. More plum on the palate with straw, grain husk and horseblanket notes. Great plum flavor with a nice tartness without being overly acidic. Lingering grain, oak and plum wine notes.
