From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Loads of tart cherries in the aroma with notes of cinnamon, oak, more fleshy cherries. Nicely tart and sourish flavour, a little sweetness as well. Body is medium. Very tasty Cherry Sour.

(Bottle, Ferme de Chien according to the label) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with cherries, almonds, oak wood, apricots, citrus and a touch of vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of cherries, almonds, barnyard, oak wood, orange peel, apricots, lemon and a tart and dry finish. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Really fresh and tasty, with a refreshing tartness and a balanced cherry character. Very nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours red. Farmhouse, funk, pear, almond, cherry. Medium body. Good.

Lett tåkete rødlig farge med offwhite skum. Lukter gjær, kirsebær. Lett syrlig. Kirsebær, sitrus I smak. Meget frisk og god.

Keg at the brewery, Ashville NC. Aroma, ahhh i can't put my finger on it but definitely some kind of strawberry thing....like on toast or in a cocktail, can't tell. Lively and strawberry colour. Taste is like a weaker Rodenbach. Decent but not raving.

On tap @WW airport hub. Plastic biodegradable cuppy. I'm even sitting in the wheelchair access. This is a total buzzkill. Amber, opaque, twinge of orange & red. Some lace. Sharp cherry wood, leaves, solvent, funk. Old oak, varnish, lemon, cherry pith, cherry skin. Medicinal. Moderate vinegar. More oxidation than I want. Good acidity. Less sweet Rodenbach clone? Sharp. Tart. Low bubbles, Hard to have more than one. Okay.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Tipple. A mostly clear reddish brown coloured pour with a fine fletting pinkish head. Aroma is semi sweet and sour cherry blossom, peach, bark. Flavour is composed of sharp mild pucker , woody funk, bark, cherry blossom. lemon rind. balsamic notes. Palate is semi sweet, mild pucker, sour, highish carbonation. Good.
