Panda at home, thanks to Tips, 27/09/21. Lightly hazed Irn-Bru orange to copper with a decent off white cap that settles to a swirl. Nose is dusty cherry skins, light funk, damp oak, cherry yoghurt, hay bale. Taste comprises tarte cherries, acidic bite, damp hay, funk, sharp cherry skins, lactic bite, oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced puckering bite. Solid stuff.

High carbonation. Red color. Funky sour acid aroma. Flavor starts with acidic sourness and mild funk then turns to a very slightly sweet, cherry, and dry finish. Smooth to drink.

14/IV/19 - sample @ Leuven Innovation Beer Festival (Leuven), BB: n/a - (2019-539)

Clear pale bright red beer, small creamy light pink head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very funky, dirty, lots of sulphur, chemical, acetone, this is not good, not good at all… MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: dirty start, unclean acidity, weird, some cow stable, pretty acidic. Aftertaste: weird, dry, some tannins, lemon juice, very acidic, vinegar, dirty sour finish. Don't like this one at all!

Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish strawberry red with a finger of off-white foam that dissipates quickly to a ring around the edge of the glass. Cherry flesh and skin on the nose with some must, wet hay, oak and light horseblanket aromas. Bone dry on the palate with some mineral notes. More cherry skin and oak along with some cherry stone as it warms. Light lemon zest and an underlying funk throughout. Flavors are not over the to and quite elegantly done. Lingering cherry skin and mineral on the finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ferme De Chien on 20 Mar 2019 at 21:40 - Score: 8. Original review text: Lots of dried cherry, almond, cherry stone, mineral and horseblanket. Crisp and clean carbonation. More dried cherry flesh. Dry, finish
