A modern American pale ale brewed with Mandarina Bavaria hops.

This decidedly American West Coast pale ale represents the next chapter in our brewing story. Showcasing the full essence of vivid Mandarina Bavaria hops plucked from the storied fields of Germany, it presents bright flavors of peach and orange against a crisp, spicy, biscuity backdrop. We’re glad you’re with us on this journey!

Bottle at home. Aroma is pale malt, biscuit, tropical fruits, tea, floral, some pine, hops. Flavour is light sweet and nicely bitter. Body is medium. Not as fruity/hoppy as I’d expected, this has more of an earthy floral tea aroma. Strong bitter flavour is definitely tasty, though.

355ml bottle. Pours red amber colour with a fantastic head. Aroma is pretty weak, with a slight fruity citrus nose and a light malt base evident. From the smell I would’ve guessed German pilsener, but the flavour proves that wrong. Big peach and orange hop notes, nice toffee biscuit backbone and a long bitter finish. Pretty decent.

Bottle from J’s. Pours a clear, deep gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Light citrus, caramel nose. Toasted toffee, bitter orange peel, biscuit. Crisp carbonation. Dry finish.
