This Cream Ale is the latest release from our Pilot Batch series – from our brewer Jeff Burnett. It’s a hybrid style using both Ale and Lager yeasts, and hopped with traditional European hop varieties Hersbrucker and Saaz, to make a crisp, refreshing beer.

Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pour a mostly clear gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Fresh baked bread and honey nose with some light grassy, lemon notes as it warms. Dry on the palate...light and crisp but not overly thin. Good malt there to back up the hops. Beautiful peppery noble hops on the palate with some faint leaf and lemon. Good peppery finish that lingers. Very dry and very good.
