Though we’re nestled on a 19th century American hop farm, our roots stretch back across time and water, all the way to Belgium. Brut IPA brilliantly expresses the best of both proud brewing cultures. Dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria, Citra and Calypso, and patiently bottle conditioned in our cellars, this sparkling sensation is beautifully balanced and intriguingly effervescent. Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear, lemon gold color with two fingers of small bubbled head that lingers. Lemon and citrus forward nose with a touch of dried honeycomb. More lemon and grapefruit on the palate. Spritzy brut-like carbonation with a dried citrus character on the palate. Dry finish that lingers with dried honey and more lemon zest. Really nice brut IPA.
