Oregon grown Sterling hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a German Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex.

Sample at the brewery tap room. Clear pale golden color with a medium fluffy white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of hops, spices and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, sweet malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short spiced hops aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

On tap at Georgetown Brewing Co. Pours out a very nice clear yellow topped with a white head. Nice light hop aroma along with a little malt on this one. A pretty good Pils and boy I donβt like pils.
