Draft sampler at CBM Koenji. Clear ocean blue color with a champagne-like fizzy carbonated head. Nose is all lemon with some light lemonade and orange notes as well. Fizzy carbonation with a lemonade-like sweetness (but not overly so). Lightly sweet with a hint of pepper in the finish. Tastes very much like lemonade.
