Pours somewhat hazy orange, not much head but it could be because of pouring. It also says 熟成 or "aged" in the menu, so I guess this could be a little different version form the beer what others tried under this entry. Aroma gives me only strawberries, which not a bad thing actually. Taste is fresh, saison yeast character there but in somewhat milder way. Good spiciness, not too bitter, not too fruity, rather dry actually. Good one.

On tap at CBM Koenji. Hazy golden honey color with a small off white head. Great lacing throughout. Classic saison nose with yeast, barnyard funk and a bit of citrus. Medium carbonation with a slick mouthfeel. Bitter and slightly peppery on the palate but as it warms a little sweetness comes out. The citrus becomes more intense as it warms.
