Bottle from Tanakaya. Pours a deep brown with a finger of head that lingers throughout. Cacao and salami on the nose. Super light body, almost watery, with average carbonation. Very light banana and smokiness on the palate. Very interesting take on a dunkelweizen. Not enough weizen qualities but the smokiness is an interesting touch.
