Tap at Tsuki To Taiyo. Clear straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers throughout. Big citrus nose with grapefruit, orange, lemon standing out with some light pine and grass in the background. Very hop forward session IPA with active carbonation. Fruity bitterness on the palate without being overly bitter. Finish has some cream cheese and dill sorachi ace action. Really nice, complex session IPA from a fairly new brewery!
