Tap at Gambrinus West Sixth Event. Pours a nice gold with a touch of haze and a finger of foam that lingers. Lovely Belgianesque fruity esters on the nose: pear, banana and coriander. Bitter on the palate with good, active carbonation. Slightly sweet mid-palate that moves to a dry, cracked peppercorn finish.
