A wild-fermented, very hoppy red IPA with a pleasantly malty Maris Otter backbone to balance the generous helping of hops

Tap at Gambrinus. Pours a pretty, amber with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Lots of woody brett in the nose with some minerally earth. Dry on the palate with a touch of dried pine and more wood. Really woodsy and dry finish with some grassy bitterness that lingers. --- Beer merged from original tick of Red Rabbit on 24 Jan 2017 at 19:04 - Score: 7.
