Tap at bar in downtown Louisville. Solid classic Pilsner - nice day drinking beer

Only 10 rates for beer that built America? I could see myself cracking a few after working on railroad all day. Dirty dark gold. Nose is herbal and grass. Tastes of perfume, bubblegum, grass, herbs. Crisp enough.

Draft. Golden body with a frothy white head, mostly diminishing. Light aroma of toasted grain, floral hops, light wet straw. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. On the sweet side, but clean malts and crisp carbonation.

Tap at Gambrinus. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam. Light corn-syrup nose, with bubblegum and for some reason Belgian yeast notes. Medium to light carbonation. Sweet corn-syrup, grain notes. Finish is sweet and spicy with a touch of honey. Not really getting much pils character.

Draft. Lemon biscuit malt and light straw aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Sweet lemon biscuit malt and moderately bitter grass flavor. Okay body. Easy drinking.
