On tap at Hill Farmstead. It’s an unclear, yellow colored beer topped by a creamy, off-white head leaving som lacing. Loads of pine cones in the aroma, with resins and grapefruit. Some pale malts. It’s bitter in the mouth, dry, soft and full-bodied, with a nice carbonation. Resins, grapefruit, pine cones and a pleasant malty touch in the back. Lasting bitter and grapefruity finish. A nice beer indeed, although a bit one dimensional. 150610

The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a big fresh citrus, light yeast, big woody hop bitter palate and a frothy mouthfeel.
