Tap at J’s. Pours a deep brown to black with a half finger of beige head that lingers. Huge dank citrus nose with a touch of grass. Light bodied with chocolate and more citrus and grassy notes on the palate. Light, lingering dark chocolate and dank, resiny bitterness.

Draft - Lots of roast and pine notes. Deep mahogany with a Loght beige head. Big pine and light roast with a long finish. Roast isn’t balanced with the hops, but it is still good,

On draught at the brewery. The beer is a brown-black color with a medium beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, malt and fruit. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, roast malt and a bit of chocolate. The finish is malty up front with a piney hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
