Fresh Louisiana peaches are handpicked for this smooth lager. Pale malt gives the beer a sweet, crisp taste, with abundant amounts of ripe, juicy peaches added in the brewhouse to capture the flavors and aromas of real, fresh fruit. All our Harvest Series brews are made with the finest Louisiana-grown ingredients.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours translucent light gold with a white, transient head. Strong peach aroma. Med body, almost. Flavor is peach. Seems more real than artificial flavor. There’s an aspect like peach pit. Those red fibers where the peach meets the pit. Pleasant. Flavors are very light tho. Malt isn’t really there for me. Not really dry, and definitely not bitter.

Draft: Strong and distinct peach nose. Hazy amber, thick head. Malt dominated flavor with lemon and dry peach highlights, somewhat grainy. Medium body, easy carbonation. Easy drinking, beery, more lager than fruit beer.

Tap was listed as Abita Peach Harvest. Bowser’s. Nice big creamy head. Pale yellah. Yes, smells like peach. Almost artificial but not quite on the nose. Peach all over the taste buds on the first sip. Better than yer typical fruit beer, a little sweeter but still dull on the finish. Some typical mildly annoying fruit beer attributes in the end.
