On tap at Akasha, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of citrus, medium salt and agave sweetness. Flavour is similar, with loads of salt, citrus notes and heavy lacto. Very salty, even for a gose. Nicely done.

Tap at J’s sour event. Pours a clearish gold with a small head. Light lemon nose. Clean and crisp on the palate with minimal carbonation and light tartness. Salt on the finish. On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is salt, citrus, dough. Medium body, lemon zest, salt, light tartness, very good.

Draft at brewery. Light lemon malt, salt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet lemon malt, salt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Light body. Pleasant.
