Poured at Shelton Festival, hazy gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is oak, pear, apple skin. Thin body, tart apple, strong oak, light dry finish, very good.

Bottle pour at Shelton Brothers. Lovely pear forward nose with some granny smith character. Vanilla, and cobweb covered pears on the palate. Well-balanced but leans dry. Clean and crisp. Bright with some acidity but the barrel balances everything nicely.
