Bottle at Argus, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out light oak, crisp apple acidity, and tannins. Flavour is bone dry, with loads of oak, tannins and crisp apple skins. Bone dry, with a lovely woody, oaky finish. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Shelton Brothers. Pours a hazy lemon flesh color with a finger of foam. Yeast forward nose, with musty apple. Taste is more musty apple, a light bit of funk and appleseeds. Light and refreshing. Good carbonation. Good stuff.
