Skin Froot is a kettle soured ale infused with heavy amounts of peach and mango purèe. It pours deep and opaque with a bright golden/orange color. The tartness and fruit profile are complimentary without being overbearing. Highly crushable!

Can into a wineglass showing cloudy but moderately filtered light straw yellow with clean white foam lacing. The nose shows sour notes of lactose and light notes of malt. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with notes of peach and passionfruit with a strong corn malt backbone that lasts til the end. The malt backbone is overly strong and overshadows too much of the fruit.

Can thanks to ogglethorpe. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong mango, peach skin, yeast. Thin body, juicy, tart, tropical fruit, light acidity, crushable, enjoyed this.

Shared by beerbeggar. 16oz can. Finally, not a hoppy beer or stout from this brewerym Thick pale color, no clarity. Head dies super fast, looks flat but not. Aroma is strong tartness with fruit essence. Flavor is not super lactic or tart, fruity essence wheaty and lightly tart. Tingly light mouthfeel. Fun enough new wave berliner.

Can shared. Pours a hazy, glowing neon straw color with a mineral water like carbonation. Peach really dominates with a touch of mango as it warms. Some hoppiness in there as well. Light and super refreshing. Awesome.

Sample at Daily Growler Powell. The beer is a cloudy yellow color with a minimal white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lacing. Tropical fruit, yeast and malt in the nose. Light body with flavors of melon, citrus, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a tropical fruit aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
