Session IPA. bier dat gedryhopped is met Amarillo hop. Dry hoppen houdt in dat hop pas wordt toegevoegd wordt na het gistingsproces. Door deze techniek krijgt het bier veel hopfruitigheid in geur en smaak. Ondanks het lage acholopercentage toch een volle mondmaak.

Bottled from Lekker Bier, BB 03 2016, large sample, served in a shaker. Hazy orange to amber color with a big frothy off-white head. Aroma of soft citrussy hop, bit orange, some grapefruit, noble hop as well(?), slight grainy malt, some caramel. Medium bitter in taste, slight grainy sweetness. Bit thin in body, medium to high carbonation. Finishes a bit dry. Carbonation leaves it sparkling on the tongue. Easy drinker. Decent stuff. Bit too high on carbonation, which leaves the finish a tad too dry and makes it feel thinner than it actually is. I like the new labels btw.

Bottled, thanks Benzai! Cloudy amber, rich head. Rich aroma of grapefruit and lychee. Mid dry with light body and well rounded mouthfeel. Notes of bread, lots of blood orange and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish.

33cl bottle from MrHangover - Euro swap 5, thanks! Bb 03/16. Hazy amber, thick white head. Fresh hoppy aroma, melon, cucumber, citrus, resin. Flavor has citrus, melon, yeast, grassy notes. Thin bodied, loads of flavors. Tasty, refreshing session IPA. The bitterness could be stronger perhaps.

Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a slighty hazy medium amber with a frothy white head and lots of lace. The aroma is zesty sherbet grapefruit lemon citrus with a little yeast and malt. The flavour is medium bitter. Medium bodied with a creamy texture and fizzy carbonation. A smooth fruity hop bitter palate with a long bitter finish. Not your average IPA but rather nice. Could do with less bubbles though!

33cl Bottle at Rooie Dop Brewdungeon, RBESG ’13. Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of sweet cloying fruits like pineapple and melon, light earthy, floral. Flavour is medium-sweet, melon, hay, earthy hops, liquorice, nice bitter finish. Dry. Light-bodied.
