Pint can, Wine Warehouse. Pours golden with a large soft beige head. Aroma is citrus, vanilla, coconut, caramel. Flavor is vanilla, citrus (mostly orange), coconut, pineapple, pine, marshmallow. Reminds me of a creamsicle a bit.

It is truly unique and I don't like it. I guess it's interesting in that they decide to take a beer that is traditionally perhaps Bittersweet and once in awhile slightly more sweet than bitter but this just goes too far. Much more sweet than bitter. It gives me heartburn.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 1/24/2018. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, coconut, vanilla, cream, honey, marshmallow, brown sugar, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, vanilla, coconut, sugars, and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, coconut, vanilla, cream, honey, marshmallow, brown sugar, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, zesty, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, coconut, vanilla, cream, honey, marshmallow, brown sugar, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, vanilla, coconut, sugars, and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Mildly increasing warmth of 9.5% after the finish. Overall this is a delicious dessert style DIPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, vanilla, coconut, sugars, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Very juicy and lightly dank Mosaic hops, with balanced coconut/vanilla/sugar flavors and bready malts. Not too sweet/heavy feeling. A very enjoyable and unique offering.

Can sampled at Craft Brewed. Pours a hazy, cloudy gold with a finger of creamy head that lingers. Light tropical hops, some citrus and then graham crackers, vanilla bean and tons of marshmallow cream. Palate is all marshmallow, even some of the powdered sugar texture on the outside of a marshmallow. No trace of the alcohol, smooth and it is exactly as advertised.

Draught. Faintly cloudy pale yellow with large creamy whitish head, light citrus aroma, medium bitter taste with roasted marshmallow flavor, smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Very interesting brew, never would imagine that it would work so well!
