Draft at the source. Pours a pitch black with a finger of brown head that lingers. Quite thick and viscous looking in the cup. Coffee, roasted cacao nib aromas with faint maple notes. Creamy smooth texture on the palate, oat texture there. Roasty finish, soy sauce. Maple was there on the nose, but the soy sauce and roasted malt, was a little overpowering towards the end.
