House Rosé is House beer that has been fermented with Raspberries. Brewers for centuries have been attracted to the flavors and aromas of Raspberries added to beer. From the pinkish hue they impart, to the light jammy nose and slight acidic brightness in the finish, this beer still finishes dry and refreshing

Can from Wine Tree East. Pours a pretty, deep pink color with a finger of rose colored head that lingers then dissipates. Raspberry forward nose, light malt and grass. Bone dry on the palate, hay, mineral and more raspberry skin. Lingering raspberry on the finish, but a slight astringent bitterness...probably a touch over-attenuated. Really close to being great.
